Fortune Residence
Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This Cookie Policy explains how Fortune Residence (Fortune Molecule LDA) uses cookies and similar technologies on fortuneresidence.com — what they are, what they do, and how you control them.
For context on how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand usage or show relevant content. We use both first-party (set by fortuneresidence.com) and third-party (set by services we use) cookies, plus a small amount of localStorage data for consent state.
2. Your control
When you first visit our site, a banner appears. You can choose:
- "Accept all" — necessary, analytics, and marketing cookies are enabled.
- "Reject non-essential" — only necessary cookies are kept.
- "Customize" — pick category by category.
Change your mind later
Click "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page to reopen the banner. Your previous choices are remembered for 12 months.
Clear cookies entirely
You can delete cookies and localStorage data in your browser settings. After clearing, the banner reappears on your next visit.
3. Necessary cookies (always on)
Required for the site to function. Stored regardless of consent.
- `fr_consent_v1` (localStorage) — remembers your cookie choice. Lifetime: 12 months.
- `cf_clearance`, `__cf_bm` (Cloudflare) — security and bot protection. Lifetime: up to 30 minutes (session) and 30 minutes respectively.
4. Analytics cookies (with your consent)
Used to measure how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Only set after you accept analytics in the banner.
- `_ga` (Google Analytics 4) — distinguishes unique visitors. Lifetime: 13 months.
- `_ga_<CONTAINER>` (Google Analytics 4) — persists session state. Lifetime: 13 months.
5. Marketing cookies (with your consent)
Used to measure ad effectiveness and show relevant content. Only set after you accept marketing in the banner.
- `_gcl_au` (Google Tag Manager / Ads) — attribution for conversions. Lifetime: 3 months.
6. Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, all advertising and analytics storage is denied by default — Google tags receive "consent denied" signals and adjust their behaviour (no IDs stored, modelled metrics only). If you accept, signals switch to "granted" and full functionality enables.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
